For myself, there are two. On a national level, Florida St. and Bama. As a USC homer, the Washington St. game. I think the Cougars could be very dangerous this year and could rival the Huskies in the PAC 12 North.

Florida State v. Bama is like a National Championship game. On one hand, it sucks to have it be in the first week, but on the other hand, what a way to start the College Football season!

It has to come to an end at some point (that's what I've been telling myself for 15 years). One of these times a ref call, or a ball bounce or a long TD run has to end up in our favor to win the game. I've seen too many OSU wins in the 4th quarter, too many close games, for them all to go against us.

Yeah there have been plenty of close games that could've gone either way. I'm sure you'll get us one year, but I really find it hard to believe that year will be 2017. Who knows though.

Nebraska has a new QB in the mold that the coaching staff loves. Has never thrown an in game pass for Nebraska.

Nebraska has new receivers. Injury bug hitting the current receiver lineup.
Nebraska has new Tight ends.
Nebraska has a new center.
Nebraska has a problem at right tackle.
Nebraska has a new Defensive Coordinator.
Nebraska had recruited guys for a 4-3 defense now they are switching to a 3-4 defense.
Nebraska lost their top three tacklers from last year.
Nebraska lost their All American candidate and NFL prospect Chris Jones to injury.
Nebraska's punter last year was supreme chaos. Shanks and negative punts, then he had a good game. The next game, back to shanks and negative punts. Hopefully, it was just true freshman nerves.

The lone bright spot is that Drew Brown, the kicker, is consistent, Zach Darlington, the holder, is consistent, Jordan Ober, the long snapper, is consistent.

If it comes down to field goals in a game, my money is on the Nebraska kicking game.
