There must be some reason teams aren't willing to sign him. It's either money or drama that is keeping him jobless in my opinion. And I'm not sure about the drama.

The money story is just floated out there to make the rounds as a legit case as to why Kaepernick hasn't been signed. Whether you agree to it or not, he's being blackballed.

That is a decent read. There is still lots of speculation going on there on Sharpe's part. But at least Kap says the rumor of him wanting $9 or $10M isn't true.

So maybe he is being blackballed. I don't know, but if he is he can only blame himself. If you look at all the owners in the league they are pretty much rich old white billionaires. Not exactly the types of guys who appreciate a guy disrespecting the national anthem. And those are the guys he needs to hire him. So he could be fucked.

Krappy is blackballed, no question regardless of whether or not a coach says so in public. He will only get a gig if a QB goes down and the back up stinks up the place and never more than a 1 year deal.

At some point he knew he wasn't going to be sticking around in SF, it should have been business first, knowing there would be blow back from making a public non verbal statement, then again this could be playing into wanted he really wanted in the first place. Sounds like he does a ton of charity work, maybe he says screw the NFL and walks away giving more time to other work....

Just my opinion, but even if Kaep denies the rumor wanting the $9-10mil per I'm not buyin it. He strikes me as the sort of guy that would ask for $8.9mil just to save face from those "rumors".

At this point it would take a stroke of luck, aka a team being thrown into desperation mode after injuries for him to get another chance.

But to think Davis is the answer? I know he beat them once when he was in St Louise, but still. The guy is inept.
