exactly..... No one truly thought that ball had a chance to be intercepted! Also, as I mentioned before numerous times, it was the right call imo... The patriots were expecting the run and preventing it, perfect time to try and sneak a pass in there

Maybe. I was terrified of Lynch running the ball that close in. Would he have been denied???

Doesn't matter. The most memorable play in a Superbowl ever will live forever. :D

You'd stuffed him twice in the same game already!

Leave it up to New Brady fans to turn this into a Tom Brady thread

Was it a "good" throw, not really... But it was a much better play by Butler to intercept it... I am not blaming Wilson for it

Great QB's dont lead their #5 WR into the middle of the field into traffic with the Super Bowl on the line

Wilson is as much to blame as anyone

Too bad he can't just close his eyes and chuck it up for grabs like Eli.

Funny, coming from the fan of the guy that threw this pass

Oh you mean the "completed" pass not the intercepted one? Just like a Derek Jeter punching Judy single, it looks like a line drive in the books.

Whiny Pats fans have forever lost the privilege of whining over "miracle catches" after that horrific pass that should have been intercepted by even Former Falcons, won the Pats a SB

The End

Brady is notorious for being a whiner on the field, endless defensive players have said so

But I cant say I remember a particular interview reflecting it

I would just like to state that I've never once thought The Giants didn't deserve to win those Superbowls -- The Giants D was amazing in that first one - Brady was getting hit before he even looked up all game long. They wanted it more and deserved to win.

Exactly, so you might want to remove your 'bs' rating because it makes you look dumb.

I gave you a bullshit rating?

Didnt notice

The USC kid claimed he hears Brady 'whine in interviews all the time' and I called him out on it. I told him if he wanted to think Brady whines on the field, fine --- that's subjective. But don't make things up about him acting a fool in interviews like a Richard Sherman.

What did he call him out on Throwing an INT, in Practice????

Name ANY Other player in NFL History to call out a Starting QB over a Practice INT.

I can't for the simple fact it's not public knowledge. But to sit there and think another player hasn't called another player in practice is crazy. There grown ass men that want to win at all costs, and to think they just go out there and are "PC" all the time is wrong.......

You know what Doom I have read something else where a defensive player called out an offensive player,
it was either Singletary or LT, I'll research this weekend. It was in one of their books....

Well it was about time.. We were burnt by the Giants and almost burnt by the Seahawks.

Given the last two FANtastic finishes by the Patriots I'm not whining that much any more.

Any yet the Patriots were on the verge of winning that game despite that magnificent effort by the Giants D. Somewhat impressive by the Pats.

The Giants would have felt like the Falcons probably feel today.

But it didn't happen. It's part of the rich tapestry of NFL history now.. ;) ;)
