If he can hit around .300 in the next 4 to 6 weeks, it proves he can hit if he's given consistent at bats.

I don't think he gets that long due to the need to put Joey somewhere after Adrian gets healthy.

I don't think it is about looking for a savior as much as it is keeping the best 9 guys in the lineup and Hoying probably isn't close to being one of those. Now that I have said that, Hoying will hit 2 HRs tonight.

Oh well, we aren't going anywhere anyways so we might as well find out about Banny's lineup making as well.

That would be nice, but he hasn't shown he can hit major league pitching.
