I would like to see the guys from these lists so far ( which I agree with for the most part ), play both as fast and technically excellent as Yngwie Malmsteen.

I seen Yngwie when he opened for AC/DC back in the mid 80's, a buddy I was with passed out listening to him, easily the best i've ever seen live.

Can't believe Mick Taylor hasn't been listed until now.....smh

A mostly now forgotten country style picker.

It's too bad too, but expected, when you have to play 2nd fiddle to someone like Mr. Richards.....

Man to limit it to 10 names, how can you do it, I brought my list down to 15 names, 8 of which I have seen including Jeff Beck this summer with Brian Wilson.

None of these guys would be on this list without the man who has to be #1 on almost every list, Les Paul.
Jimi Hendrix
Jimmy Page
Jeff Beck
Carl Wilson
Peter Townshend
Eric Clapton
Joe Perry
Slash
BB King
Chuck Berry
Angus Young
Randy Rhoads
Kirk Hammett
James Hetfield

I agree with all the lists but this group would be in my top without a doubt.

A few move like Eddie Van Halen and Richie Blackmore. Then a few that get shafted due to the bands (and obscurity) like Nuno Bettencourt, Ritchie Kotzen and Criss Oliva (RIP) but I got to see him live way back when and blew me away.
