Happy Thanksgiving week to you all. Hope it is a wonderful week. Please submit your top six ballot by Thanksgiving morning. Below are the resumes for this week:
Georgia (11-0)
Six wins against bowl-eligible opponents.
Best wins against two-loss Oregon (46) & Tennessee (14)
Michigan (11-0)
Five wins against bowl-eligible opponents
Best win against two-loss Penn State by 24 points.
Ohio State (11-0)
Six wins against bowl-eligible schools
Best wins against three-loss Notre Dame (11) and Penn State (13)
TCU (11-0)
Eight wins against bowl-eligible teams.
Best win against three-loss Kansas State.
Clemson (10-1)
Five wins against bowl-eligible teams.
Best win against three-loss Florida State on the road by 6 points.
Solo loss to Notre Dame on the road by 21 points.
USC (10-1)
Four wins against bowl-eligible teams.
Best wins were two 3-point road wins against three-loss Oregon State and UCLA.
Solo road loss to three-loss Utah by 1 point.
(9-2) LSU and (9-2) Oregon can still win their conference and get into the top 4. The Tigers have five wins against the bowl-eligible schools. Their two biggest wins were against three-loss Ole Miss by 25 points and two-loss Alabama by 1 point. Their losses were against Florida State by 1 and two-loss Tennessee by 27. The Ducks have four wins against bowl-eligible opponents. Their best wins were against UCLA by 15 points and Utah by 3. They lost to Georgia and (9-2) Washington by 3.
I included Alabama, North Carolina, Penn State, Tennessee and Washington in the poll.
So for this week, I would like to know the following answers:
(1) What is the top six teams for rivalry week?
(2) What is your logic for your #5 and #6 teams?
(3) Who wins the ACC title game between Clemson and North Carolina?
(4) Who wins the SEC title game between Georgia and LSU?
