Wasn't terrible but it wasn't down or in far enough, he had stayed away, away, away and the that change was up and over the plate enough that he hammered it

The home plate umpire sucked, at least he will be somewhere else tomorrow. I think Perez / chi chi got squeezed a little bit. Having a tight umpire when you're playing against a pussy team like the blue Jays who likes to walk isn't a good combination. The hitters didn't show up tonight ( Mitch swinging 3-0, guys swung at stuff out of the zone)the fielding sucked, just an all around gutless performance. Oh well..... We should have thrown holland tonight, gallardo tomorrow, and Hamels on Wednesday if necessary.

Maybe I need to revisit it but I didn't see that much squeezing however there'll always be some questionable calls both ways. Texas flat out did not show up to play today. It should probably be 10-0 at this point but there was a lot of flukey luck on our side getting those DP's. And our offense has been either lost or chasing.

I really didn't have a problem with Martin getting the start but wouldn't have mind if Dutch got it either.
