They've already made it public knowledge that they're willing to go over.

Look, I'm not going to sit here say I've never done it, it's just annoying when year after year after year its the same thing over and over and over again you get the "oh, they're old, they can't win, never mind them" attitude. It's been annual since 2002 and almost every year they're very relevant. You would think sooner or later people would get the hint.
