OK 46/2

Why the delay in Missouri...? (Legal issues/covering their ass or second thoughts ?)

I think the big 12 should tell them to fuck off.. if they do renege on their SEC offer!!!

Ever since there was a rumor Texas was going to look at Big Ten and other conferences 1 1/2 yrs ago... these clowns have been beating the drum to gain attention of another conference...

Missouri has filed to leave the Big XII. I am not sure what the hold up is but I do not think that they would do this without having a plan in place to join the SEC.

you never know, sir

if Missouri can have a football coach that saves all 3 timeouts for a 4th quarter comeback then uses two of them to ice his own kicker

they can file to leave the Big 12 thinking they could get in the SEC only to be rejected.

Well....fuck.

Time to convince the ACC to let us keep the NBC deal so long as we split the revenue.

I would like to speak on behalf of the ACC and say....blow it out your gold plated ass!!!!!

:D

Still don't get why this would even be a hard sell.

ACC teams would make more money by letting us stay on NBC, and they would get more TV coverage.

Go to the Big Ten. VT and GT may come along as well.

My preferences:
1. B12 for non-football while playing Texas + 2 others a year in FB.
2. ACC
3. SEC
4. P10
5. B12 for non-football while playing Texas + 5 others a year in FB.
6. Independent with non-football teams being given the shaft.
7. B10

With WVU heading out... that only leaves Rutgers as one of the original cfb members there.

Shit, is the writing on the wall here for the Big Ten taking Rutgers as was mentioned some 15 months ago?

Much rather have VT and ND...

Why the hate for the conference where you already have rivals and regional connections. I don't get it. What as the reasonable problem here.

1. The east coast connection is very important for maintaining our fanbase. We don't want to turn into the next PSU who decimated their fanbase when they became viewed as a midwestern team.

2. Michigan can still go to hell for twice trying to kill our program simply because we were a Catholic school.

3. Academically, we are an absolutely terrible fit with the B10.
