One of the things I loved about Dana’s offense was that he could run multiple plays out of the same personnel groupings and similar formations.

Under Neal... it seems we run what we run out of the same formations without presenting different options.

Easy for defense to key.

Why we struggle to do anything on offense...

IMO our defense has looked terrible the last 3 weeks and the offense looks stagnant at this point. I know we have had some big adversity but we HAVE to find some things that work, its embarrassing. Lookin less like a climb and more like a freefall...

We have really improved as this season has went on, glad this team hasn't regressed as it did under our old HC, the progress this team has shown since the NCST game has been amazing, glad to have Real Deal Neal here. The run game and D have improved so much
