Edsall finally has his guys to coach now.

They were a dumpster fire in 2011 and he had to clean up Ralph's lack of talent anywhere.

They were actually a lot better last season than their record as well.
They were a few FG blunders from starting 6-1. ,

They were horrible down the stretch with losing 4 quarterbacks to injury and starting a LB at Qb.
So, I think people ignored how semi-decent they were at the start in 2012.

I don't know if Maryland should be labeled traitorous.
Their defection to the Big 10 was more to save the athletic program.

I would say about 90% of the fanbase and alumni want to vomit.
This move is extremely unpopular, but it was the only choice left.

Chronic mismanagement led to near financial ruin.
Not even the UNDER ARMOUR money was helping the Terps.

They had to slash 7 varsity programs and ask coaches for pay cuts....
They simply took the wheelbarrow full of cash from the Big 10.

I still am not sure how they pay the 50 million dollar exit fee though.

MD loves the ACC. They wanted desperately to stay.
But, they were facing a financial crisis that might have ended athletics had they stayed put.

In fairness, it is raining like crazy.

MD seems to be able to hang onto the WD-40 ball a little better than does WVU.

Very few teams can turn it over 5 times and win.

Prior to that last MD drive, the yardage numbers were relatively close.

But this is a good win for Coach Edsall. Good job coach. Tell the naysayers to shut up for a week.
