I actually think they'll trade Suter at some point & keep Weber. The Predators have over 14 million in cap space right now. Suter will be an UFA at the end of the season. Weber will be a RFA.

From what I understand the Predators are currently in the market for a forward. The Flyers have some depth in that department & a history of making trades with Nashville.

I'm not convinced I'd go after him at all. He wants 5+ years, and the Jackets will have some big time contracts coming due in 5 or so years.

Plus, he's a little young to be so demanding. Will he keep up his level of play if he gets his way?

As mentioned before, I'd be more interested in Weber.
