Would you make this crazy trade?

No one is actually reporting this is real, just to be clear. But ESPN, in a provocative post where it makes up insane trades it would love to see before the deadline, speculates about a trade where Philly would give up Lesean McCoy, Brandon Graham and a second rounder for the Raiders' first rounder, which will likely be #1 overall. The thinking seems to be, Chip goes for Mariotta. I don't think this has a snowball's chance in hell of happening--but would you do it? I would be willing to trade Shady personally. But Graham seems to be finally coming on.

Even though I have been a bit disappointed in McCoy's play this year there is no way I make that trade

I don't like the idea of trading McCoy but beyond that I think the Eagles are giving up too much in that trade

And I agree with Deano - Eagles need defense more than they need Mariotta who I'm not sold on anyways

Nope. Getting rid of someone who led the league in rushing last season for someone who might be a good player doesn't work for me. I also agree with Deano -the Eagles need defense more than another QB. Besides, what would the Eagles do with Foles?

Why would it be Tucker? They would surly draft another RB or sign one. Polk is above Tucker anyways.

Shady is a top 5 back, graham is our best pass rusher, mariotta isnt a sure thing, and might not even be the best qb coming out.
No player in thst draft is worth a top 5 rb, a good pass rusher AND a second round pick.

Shady by himself is worth two first rounder. Graham is worth at least a 4th, probably a 3rd and a 5th.

We need defense, we need corners very bad. Its our only real weakness right now. Dont create two more problems to fix something we already have fixed. Foles has been loopy this year, but hes shown potential, is he a "franchise qb" who knows! But he is a starting caliber qb, and thats worth keeping two important players on this team.

Btw, mariotta isnt exactly an ace at reading coverage either. Youd be giving up foles for a less douchey, slightly less injury prone RG3. Ill pass...

I would deal Shady. I am tired of his dancing and RBs have short shelf lives in the NFL. Shady may have a longer one because he avoids contact, but he is still not likely to play more than about 4 more years at a high level.

We're a S and stable QB away from dominating. Make that trade. Curry can do Graham's work and Rb's are a dime a dozen if the system is working. I'd miss Graham more than shady.

I would be most reluctant to trade Graham out of that package, agreed. Graham looks to be coming on, and with Marcus Smith not looking like a great pick right now, I think you need to keep Graham as an OLB of the future to replace Cole.

Foles is still figuring this out. He hasn't really started many games yet. Last year he threw no picks. This year he takes no sacks. Next year he puts it all together. Ya gotta believe.
