Drafting has been phenomenal the past few years. I still don't have an issue with the decision. They needed a TE, and they took one with a 1st rd grade. Bryant had character red flags. The franchise got burned by too many of those players

Except we didn't and still don't use TE's correctly. I had a HUGE problem with it then and still do.

Better question: Dalton over Mallett?

Still have my doubts that Dez would be in the league if he were a Bengal. The Cincy police department and Father Flannigan Lewis would have been a bad combo for that dude.

Talent wise? Not even close.

Sure. When he stays away from his mother and the local mall he tends to be fine.

If those are the worst things he has ever been "arrested" for, I think he would have been fine in Cincy. As long as no one took him to the Dayton Mall to fight.

If we had Dez, we wouldn't have AJ. I prefer AJ. Dez wouldn't be as great with Andy instead of Romo

I think Dez may fit Andy better though. Better over the middle, able to break tackles. I love AJ, but Dez is right there with him.

Dez of no Dez we still have awesome personnel at the skill positions. The issue is not talent at WR or te. The issue is that our qb is simply not good enough.

Wow I completely forgot Gresham was drafted over Bryant, although I thought Gresham was a great pick for the Bengals.

Still, a lot of teams passed on Bryant because of his character concerns... Eagles, Texans, and Jags could've desperately used him. Either way, 2010 was a ridiculous draft class. I even think "GOD Seattle could've had him!" then remember we got Okung and Thomas... one of which is top 5 at his position he just can't stay healthy, the other quite possibly the best safety in the league.

But Dez Bryant, AJ Green, and Eifert would be complete hacks. Only problem is, gingers cannot win super bowls. =D (obvious South Park poke haha)

Gresham is just in Eifert's way, how many 2 tight end formations end up in a pass play? get real.

Maybe the Patriots are willing to trade Mallet for a 2nd rounder?

I mean, it would be worth bringing in the next piece of shit QB for this team.

You bring Peyton Mannign to the Bengals and he would all of a sudden be one of the worst piece of shit QB's in the league.

It is called the QB curse. It all occured when we traded Esiason to the Jets. That was the end of our franchise.

Fuck this team, these coaches, this city, and all of its people.

I'm pulling the trigger. Good bye cruel cruel world!

And if he came here, he would have become more like Josh Johnson, than the Kaepernick you see now. Even the Kaepernick you see now has not been all that great this season.

you see the difference is when we sent all 4 receivers down field yesterday and Andy took the sack or threw it away Kaep WOULD HAVE TAKEN OFF AND PICKED UP 30 yards! They would let him run in this offense if he was here... He would have 2 TE's a good rb and decent Wr's....Our talent is better than SFs its just they have a better HC and staff..... Kaep in this offense would be lights out...

There is where we can agree to disagree, because I fucking despise QB's that run instead of pass. I can barely stand to watch my beloved Buckeyes in that fucking offensive game plan that Urban Meyers run. I fucking hate it.

I want to see a pocket QB who waits for the last damn second to throw the ball if need be, and when all else fails, run for a 2 or 3 yard gain because there was a guy basically draped on him, or he throws the fucking ball away and lives to play another down.

Basically Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Boomer Esiason, Dan Marino, etc. Even as mobile and athletic as Elway was, he was not a take off and run kind of QB. Elway is the most mobile of a QB I would possibly want. Hate fucking scrambling QB's.

Bet you all fucking wished Skelton was here right now, huh?
