Lonestarball.com has been a hilarious read - general theme being "I can't believe were losing to these scrubs".

Same thing the phillie fans said , they have to learn the hard way .

LOL - ESPN analysts: "the rangers can beat Sanchez and Bumgarner, like that (with a finger snap), and this series can be 2-2 just like that!"

wonder if we'd get credit for a someone pitching a perfect game or would it just be "Rangers aren't hitting"

It's been like that the whole post-season.

The Braves don't have enough hitters to effect us...

The Phillies were just in a hitting slump...

The Ranger just aren't hitting...

Why not give credit to the pitcher once in a while?

Finally some credit.... Dave Winfield says Cain is emerging as one of the best postseason pitchers ever.

Yep - and if Cliff Lee does this to us in Texas it will be because HE WAS JUST DOMINANT!

Now I'm getting greedy - want to sweep them - just never let them start hitting

Credit to Washington - asked why his bats haven't come to play, he credits the pitching they're facing.

"good pitching has always stopped good hitting" - Ron Washington 10/28/2010 20:43pm pst.

Dude, I wonder how many of these idiotic analysts that say Texas stopped hitting in this series also think that the pitching of the Yankees this same Rangers ballclub dominated is better than ours. I know throughout the course of the season I've heard these idiots make claims like that.

Isn't it amazing how the entire NL went into a slump when they had to face our rotation in the month of September, and the slump has actually spread like a virus into the postseason?

Dude, I know how weird. But you know those virus', they sure spread quickly... :L

Whatever, it doesn't matter what they think, it matters what goes on between the lines.

You just identified Tito's next set of reasons as to why Cain is winning - a hitting virus! Especially those activated in twilight.

Yes it does!!! As Giants fans we're just bitter about not being able to beat real teams, the Giants can only win if the other teams decide that they want to lose that particular day. The Rangers beat the Yankees and that means that the Giants can't beat them, and the only reason we're up 2-0 is because Ron Washington accidentally sent his batboys into the game instead of his bullpen this series.
