I would think one should have more qualifications to become an Ambassador besides being a team owner and having money. How about some sort of policy skills, diplomatic ties, things of that nature

Ambassadors can be appointed in one of two ways. Political appointment by the President. Usually given to a person who contributed
Large sums of money to a campaign. The nominees don't usually have any political background.
The second way are the career diplomatic professionals that usually come up through the foriegn service positions.

Mr. Trump if your people are monitoring the hoop? I'd like to be the Amassador to Thailand. I also like the Patriots. Trump just mentioned Kraft and TB12 during his inagural dinner speech.
