Just because Alabama isn't playing for the whole thing doesn't mean it's a down year in college football.

There really wasn't that dominant great team in CFB this year IMO. A lot of Good teams but no Great ones, Oregon was the closest but they are just good not Great.

FSU gave Oregon 35 points. FSU blew themselves out. Oregon was still the better team and probably would have still won the game, but FSU blew themselves out.

As for Bama, their O-line Did a good job of picking up our linebackers and Cardale broke a bunch of tackles. They beat us nothing else to be said.

FSU wasn't impressive all year and Bama just wasn't all that good compared to some of the previous years. Hell, we lost Ole Miss, had a shootout with a 5 loss awwbun team struggled with Arky and lost to B1G team down to their 3rd string QB. Pretty down year all in all.

Oregon deserves to be there. Most of us knew they were the best in the PAC by the middle of the season and Ohio State showed it might be just as good. I'm jsu glad the old BCS BS was thrown out the window because just by reputation Alabama would have been voted in the NCG and now we see they didn't deserve it.

Yea no doubt yall would have beat us this year. Last year Bama vs Oregon is a toss up. But from 08-12 Bama beats Oregon soundly.

Agreed...Oregon would have destroyed Bama this year. Six days and counting. OSU's O-line is the concern for these Ducks, crack that and contain tOSU's QB "Sasquatch" in the pocket...game over.

Yup. Another Mythical NC would have been crowned under old system. When clearly the best two teams remaining are Oregon and ohio.
