Winter Classic?

With the weather projected to be sunny and 70F, I am not entirely sure how they are going to pull this off... the amount of refrigerant as got to be spectacular.

They just tent the ice. The only issue they may run into is if the humidity rolls in early.

Ammonia. Lots and lots of ammonia. The stadium game at Dodger Stadium went fine though so they have the system down pretty well it seems.

By far the worst stadium series game I saw was with Pittsburgh when it was snowing.
There was poor visibility and the snow on the ice made it so the puck wouldn't slide.

This one should be fine. It'll be interesting.
The weird thing about Levi's stadium is that the amenities inside are so lavish that people often leave their seats to go watch the game at the bar. Also because you're baking in the sun for most of the afternoon. At least that's what 49er fans have been saying.
