I hear ya, its gunna be a struggle. Kaep needs to focus on just managing these upcoming games, not trying to win them for us.
After all we are 7-4 and thats not a bad record at this point of the year. This year things are different I know, but we have been there in the past with this group of players. There is still reason for hope.

7-5 with an 0-3 divisional record really. The 9ers need to win out to get in and that may not be enough IMO.

1-3 divisional record. Beat the Rams 31-17 at St. Louis. I agree Niners need to win out to have a shot. Lions only tough game is their last game at Green Bay. I could see the Lions going 11 -5. Eagles are 9 -3 and even if they go 2-2, Niners will not catch them. I just can't see the Niners winning at Seattle. I see the defense keeping the game close, but the offense will not be able to move the ball. I can see Kap having numerous clock mgmt issues due to the crowd noise, not to mention false starts by the OL.

I did forget about that one game.IMO it is more about what the 9ers would need to do to win a game than hoping other teams will lose.

Wow! That is an interesting tidbit. Niners win 8-0. Two field goals and a safety from the defense. I agree with you that the Niners just have to focus on the remaining four games. What really irks me is the same generic answer of " we just have to execute better" and "we just need to continue working hard." It has not worked the whole season.

Works for me! I don't care how the 9ers win but they need to start that feeling that they can beat anybody. It's getting too late in the season for doubt.

I agree this team hasn't had that we will rough you up and win. The biggest thing that I see that is different from the last 3 years is we aren't as physical. Reason is Roman has gone to this finesse offense.

I don't think there are too many scenarios where we go 11-5 and miss the playoffs. However, the odds of doing that aren't very good.

I agree but that's why they play the games. Look whats going on with Arizona.
