POLL Will there be baseball this year or not?

Just doesn't have the feeling of "baseball". I have been a hardcore baseball fan for over 60 years now. Kinda set in my ways.

Also another spring tradition I don't have much interest in this year. The Masters. I'll probably watch abit, or maybe all. I don't know. But, I'm not looking forward to it like the 2nd weekend in April.

But if they can't do spring training because of quarantine right now, then does it matter how many games they negotiate??

Say what you will about Goodell and Bettman but they (and Silver) are genuine fans of the sport and because of it want it to be better than when they started. Manfred sees MLB as nothing more than a business venture and the owners have no one to blame but themselves for this.

I kind of hope they don't play. I don't want to see the NL do the DH. Teams didn't build to use a DH. I also think if the use the DH for this season, they'll implement it permanently.

I personally think you can put all the blame on the owners. The players are what makes baseball. People don’t come to games to watch the owners own. They come to game to watch the players play. So pay the damn players.
