Meh, I've still never visited one of our legal dispensaries, but I don't think it's odd that someone who has never been here wants to just see what one is all about. If they had him buying something that's different, but just browsing?

The media scrutiny for star athletes has become pernicious and absurd at this point.

The magnifying glass for stories and clicks has now extended to speculation and innuendo about every moment in these guys' lives.

Might as well print a story that infers anyone checking out a liquor store is potentially an alcoholic.

But my dear they still need to be on "alert"! ( meaning players) .
It's the new age of social media now a days and everything is either videoed or pic taken.
These guys need to wise up, get the proper managers and people in there lives that will help them out and show them the pitfalls they can find themselves in if they step wrong.

Personally I think the kid is gonna be a beast, and a huge pain in the ass for the rest of us NFC East fans.

Same. Even if I weren't buying, I'd definitely want to go in one. The novelty aspect of seeing pot all over the place would be a mind-blower. Used to always joke about "buying a pack of joints from 7-11", and that would be about the same.

Probably takes 1-2 silly situations like this for a rookie to understand the potential negative ramifications of being a media target at the NFL level.

Social media has upped that factor x100.

Even worse in the NFCE markets where the spot light is so bright.
