JimmyG is gone no matter what. They would be smart just to go with Purdy, imo. We haven't seen enough of Lance though to really evaluate him.

They have to go Purdy QB1 starting next year. He’s completely earned it.

Jimmy G is a free agent and won't be returning to the Niners. He'll have a few teams after him (Panthers, Jets, Raiders, Buccaneers, maybe even Rams, etc)

I suspect the Niners will have a QB competition between Purdy and Lance, or maybe even use both like they tried last year with Jimmy and Trey.

Lance is garbage but he's gonna get the Wentz treatment and always be given a few games to fail every year.

Yep they were expected to be awful and made the playoffs. Great season for them not to mention the incoming draft capital. They'll be good next year too.

It's their only 'advantage', great wideouts vs the Niners secondary

At 3 I think they would have went Stroud but at 5 and probably both off the board I think they go D and bolster that D-line.
