Not at all, Jones was 100% baited into his foul, but he has to know the situation and keep his head. As we've seen many times over the years it's not necessarily the first person to commit a foul that gets the flag, often it's the retaliation that gets penalized. It's stupid but the refs can't see everything and usually they won't get their eyes on an altercation until after the first salvo has landed.

That sure would have been a lucky win for the Bengals had they not blown it! The Steelers were dominating until Big Ben got hurt. HUGE break for the Bengals that he had to leave the game. Changed the momentum. I'm so glad they choked it away at the end!
