Well, according to the rule, 3 things must be present for it to be a penalty: 1) defenseless opponent, 2) defender leaves both feet, and 3) spring forward and upward into the opponent. Clearly the ref did not think all 3 were there. Just leaving the feet -- which is what that poster said -- is not enough for a penalty.
