Go Bucks!
I was thinking that. Van Vleet was a solid option
Early was hot and unstoppable.

VanVleet's a 44% 3 point shooter. Early's a 36% 3 point shooter.
But I'm sure you his team better than that "fucking retarded" coach Gregg Marshall, amirite?
Somewhere the 1972 Dolphins just popped the champagne bottles.
Early was hot and unstoppable.
agreed. Refs did NOT decide this game.
Also agree...and this was a game that it's a shame one team loses. Both gave all they had; especially the Shockers, they were not giving up that 35-0 record without a fight. Very impressive making those 3's down the stretch on tired legs. I thought last night's Oregon/Wisconsin game was great and this one was as good or better.
Refs favored UK down the stretch a bit more....
But, it wasn't egregiously lopsided.
Maybe like a 55-45 edge favoring Kentucky.
That is certainly not some insurmountable officials meddling.
No game is ever 50-50 down the stretch. Referees are humans.
WSU just did not have much experience in close games.
All the late calls going against you are easier to deal with if you have experience in late close games.
WSU was a victim of never playing any late close games.
the one on vanfleet comes to mind, refs called fouls for uk just heading inside and it changed the momentum of the game....i got no dog in this hunt but wsu deserved better
Kentucky put in a great effort, but you are crazy if you don't think the officiating bias the but-for cause of their win. On at least four occasions they drove to the hoop, extended their arm, and Wichita was inexplicably called for the foul.
The Oregon/Wisconsin game was NOTHING like this. There is NO comparison at all.

Exactly. I seriously doubt that the '72 Dolphins care at all.
