lol he's one of the most important players but Steph is warriors MVP
Without bogut your team is middle of the pack because nobody else is going to play defense and rebound

Augustin, Waiters and Morrow came up HUGE tonight...Waiters needs a little better stroke, but it'll do for now with the bench participation.

Oh yeah...Russ had 33 pts, 7 assists and 9 rebounds with only 4 TO's...

If the Teams finish in the position they are in today, Harden is the MVP.

What Westbrook is doing is historic.

I would love to see him win.

But, the Teams record and his antagonistic relationship with the media will doom him.

Curry and the Warriors are AWESOME.

However, getting the Rox the #2 seed in the wild, wild West with Howard missing half the Season is tremendous.

And how exactly do you think this offense would look without their #1 option on offense? Dubs small ball lineup is phenomenal btw
But Im def not taking anything away from Bogut, I think he's the best defensive C in the game. I love watching this guy embarrass guys like Howard and Boogie and humble the new stars in Whiteside and Gobert

Lol how do you think Houston have been able to maintain a good record? It sure ain't Harden's D.

If Westbrook had Houston's D, OKC would have a higher seed. No matter how much I hate Hardens game, what hes done offensively has been effective (even though after ASB he hasnt even played that well) and the same can be said about WB (even with his brain farts and high usage rate). The only diiference is their team defense.

And dont say anything about Coward, the Rockets were better with him off the floor because he played like absolute shit in the beginning of this season.

Warriors are number 1 in defense. Would still be a good defense without bogut but not elite
Seriously, Steph has to defend the Westbrooks and the CP3s, Lillards, Irvings, etc etc

Who the hell does Harden defend? And last two meetings with Klay, Klay embarrassed him

I am voting for Harden as MVP, but the defensive hyperbole has to stop.

Yes, Harden is playing better defense. But, its still not very good defense...or even adequate defense.

He is not suddenly a good defender.

He has merely improved from arguably the worst we have ever seen......to mediocre at best.

That is an improvement. But, it was bad it could only go up.

Like going from an F- grade to a D+/C-.

Dont get me wrong westbrook has played like a MVP all year but so has james harden and the rockets are the 3rd seed with OKC 8th. i know KD has been out but still.

You're wrong. He played maybe 3 great games before Jan, he was killing it in 2015.

I would not draft any of the 3 contenders in an open dispersal draft top 3.
Lebron is still by far and away the best player in the league.

And I would take Davis and KD as well over the contenders.

It reminds me of years when Jordan would lose to Malone or Barkley. Nobody in his right mind would ever take them over MJ...but sometimes MVP is not the best player.

And there better not be one Thunder fan that complains about missing the playoffs. Try winning 48 games and still not making it.
