He had all 4 of his TD's when Bradford was QB, but was forgotten once Clemens took over.

Bradford clearly trusts him on 3rd downs and in the red zone.

Had Bradford not got injured, who knows what his stats would've been, but I'm pretty sure they would be good enough to want to keep him on the team (as opposed to being the first WR to be cut if the Rams draft another WR).

He had a 6.4% drop rate last season ( league average was over 7% ). He's better than people give him credit for.

JMO of course.

Solid receiver and I think will have a pretty good year this year.

I think he will be Bradfords new security blanket (like Amendola was when healthy). He will have a very good year and IMO will be either the #3 or #4 WR depending on what WR we get in the draft (COUGH COUGH WATKINS COUGH COUGH)

I think he could make good trade fodder with McHoody's Pats for a day 3 pick if Watkins is drafted. Rams won't miss him with Watkins, Austin, Givens, and Bailey (and Quick if he comes around) already in tow.

If the Rams draft Watkins:nod: then it will be Watkins, Austin, Givens, Bailey and either Quick or Pettis. The Rams like the lenght of Quick but Pettis has put up good numbers with Bradford. Interesting, it is just important to draft Watkins in my opinion, it puts the offense on a faster pace. I know that the #13 is just as important, a safety or OT is a huge deal.

We should throw the ball to at least 5 different players a game

Pettis is a solid player, but ideally he's your #4. Is he better than Austin, Givens, and Bailey? Not really.

He was better than Givens last year.

He's a 3rd down WR thats all and thats the problem with the Rams, they have about 3 of those type of WR's.
