Why Does Nebraska Show No Games Televised On BTN?

I went to the BTN website and they show Nebraska having no games scheduled right now on BTN.

Nebraska is not under a contract with others right now like PPV or something that will keep the games off BTN are they?

I hope not, I just canceled my cable because they don't carry BTN. This lost me a $35 discount on phone and interwebz. I scheduled installation of Directv so I can get BTN, at $45 above what I paid total (cable, phone, web) before and it will be like $75 more after 1 year.

Somebody tell me the non-network games will be on BTN....PLEASE!!!!!!

They just got all the bugs out of the TM contracting issues... thus BTN has not yet placed games on scheduling yet... I suspect this will change in the near future... but if you have BTN in Nebraska, you will see the Husker games!

I'm not in Nebraska. I'm in Tennessee. You have to buy a sports pack to get BTN on Dish here and Directv has it in all the packages.

But will BTN be broadcasting Husker games?

I have no knowledge about Dish, but with DirecTV you will get all the Husker games.....If you just had cable outside of Nebraska, it would be hit or miss based on if the cable company only ran the main BTN feed or if it aired all the feeds....

DirecTV for a fact airs all the alternate feeds of the BTN so you will get the Husker games for sure with them.....that's who I have, even though they are expensive, they are worth it in my opinion......and their DVR's are better than cables' DVR's......again, I have no experience with Dish so don't know what they have.....

Cable doesn't even have BTN here

I have the choice of Charter and Trinity (an independent) and neither offer it at all.

I wonder how many lost customers it took Cox in omaha before they realized that it would be INCREDIBLY stupid to not make a deal with BTN. I can't believe they didn't just sign a deal right away.

Yeah I am aware of the Nashville club though I have never been to a watch party with them. They look pretty good though. That is one item on my bucket list that I could scratch off pretty easily.

Nashville is about a hundred miles from me.

Hey HuskerinSECland, what part of Tennessee are you in? I used to go to MTSU but then finished at UNO. I'm probably moving back to the Nashville/Franklin area soon because I'm starting a new job for Nissan. I never went and saw, but I have heard of 1 or 2 decent Nebraska bars down in Nashville. One gets Runza somehow.
