We have too much talent to give up 30 points every game. Gruden had multiple chances to bring someone else in but he didn't. It will probably contribute to him losing his job.

Won’t happenGruden or Manusky?
At this point, I would give Lincoln Riley whatever he wants to coach us. That guy is the QB whsperer.
In his defense, he tried. No one worth their salt that can find employment elsewhere will come here. And some that don't even have current employment won't come here. And this will be true when Gruden is fired and the search for a new HC begins. See, this is the cycle that bad team continue to live thru. Allen isn't running the front office. Danny is. He keeps Allen around as his public whipping boy. We all focus on Allen and Danny pulls the strings behind the curtain. After all, what else could Allen do? He surely couldn't get another job with any NFL franchise. Just us. Aren't we lucky?I think the real question is...why does Danny Boy keep Allen around? As long as Allen is running the front office...we will not attract the coaching talent.

Truth. The handling of Shanahan was enough for any coach of success to realize that this ain't the place to go unless you really need the money. As long as Snyder owns this team we will not attract the coaching talent!
It all starts at the top!
I wish we could force Snyder out. I would like the NFL to assume control of the Redskins as Snyder is clearly hurting the overall value of the team which then impacts the NFL.
