So can we soon expect Urbie to need a sabbatical for "health and family" reasons?

Don't worry, Ohio State will get a W on 11-29-14 though.

If it makes you feel better I've seen OSU win with pretty terrible qbs before so it's not unheard of - especially with a run heavy offense.

Alas, poor Buckeyes, how far will the pollsters drop you when Braxton is confirmed out for the season?

It would tickle my gizzard if you and the other 'SportsHoopla Angry Weasels fans would reply to absurd pokes and prods with a simple, "Gerald Ford."

Good question. I was surprised to see how high they were ranked to start the season w/ a healthy Miller. I'm guessing somewhere around 18 or lower.

Figured I would help you out. Oh and Winston was a Redshirt freshman phenom. Not seeing that in Barrett, Cardale, or Collier.

The big drop will come after your week 2 loss.

Not so fast my friend!:corso:

What OSU really needs is that DL to start playing up to its potential. They have been very "Texas" like there. Lots of talent. Lots of amazing individual plays, but somehow the whole is worth less than the sum of the parts. It will be interesting to see if they get some discipline, because they could be special.

Honestly, not really worried about it. I totally believe the coaches knew that Braxton's injury was worse than being reported, just by some of their off season comments.

I'm sure JT has gotten a lot of work in during this time. Urb knows what he has and what he is doing.

We will be fine. Besides, it will make beating Meatchicken even better.

Instead of beating Navy, Kent, Rutgers and Indiana by 47, it will now only be a convincing 27pt margin.

I've got several Ohio ST friends and they all have gone from "we are in the playoffs" to "please let us just beat michigan". I feel really bad for them.
