Haha, I doubt they would take that. David Lee is still considered more of a liability than an asset around the league (the defense is a small part, but mostly because of the contract), thus you need to sweeten any deal involving him to even get another team to bite.

Also, I'm not sold on Thibs as the right coach for the Warriors, he's good but it's questionable whether he is a guy who will maximize our untapped offensive firepower and we desperately need that.

We'll get a chance to see what Barnes is really made of. Something tells me he's going to be the winner out of all of this. No more ISO only work. There are chances to put him within the context of a real offense. He seems like the kind of guy that will fit better in a scheme with set offenses, rather than runa play here, run a play there, free flowing offense.

I see him as a journeyman coach. Perhaps I'm wrong. He seems to be a competent coach but not the dynamic guy I'm looking for who knows the x's and o's of the game and knows how to get the most out of his roster and get the most out of players by using them in the right combinations during a game..
