the issue to make what sty says come true is our ownership .

lets be real the snyder era has been nothing short of incompetence and corruption .

when leadership is corrupt all else will fail

we cant draft and develop qbs because our FO is corrupt and incompetent

the voices of reason are silenced , and players see this and thus our good players want to move on elsewhere

until we clear the virus of corruption then all else is doomed to failure

now we must resign ourselves that the major solutions we are looking for wont happen until the ownership situation is settled and the corruption is weeded out .

our FO has to get back in touch with the fan base and stop looking like a monkey fucking a football when honoring past players , introducing logos stop running drug rings from our m edical facilities . you have to master the simple things right first .

this team needs top notch training facilities , its need to notch practice facilities , it needs top notch medical professionals , it need top not people in the FO from secretaries to janitors to office managers to VP's

over and over again our FO has been tone deaf to the fans , the fans didnt want the commanders , and they went with the ate the hell up lie that they would consider our choices and every time they could have reached out to fans they dicked it up .

until the lies corruption and deceit are fixed then developing qbs cant happenn

You wrote as a be all end all statement "Nothing wrong with consistent wild card births or first-round wins." which was correct and stayed within the conversation that we were having about being relevant annually, remember? Now you want to change the narrative to, (again quoting you) "Goal #1 is to get into the playoffs. Goal #2 Is to win in the playoffs and get a SuperBowl." None of this happens if we stick to the conversation that we were having about becoming relevant and limited to (quoting myself) "A qualifying wild-card berth, perhaps a first-round win and that's it."

A fair question but remember Ron Rivera made it publicly known that Washington will be a run-oriented offense in 2023.

So, here's a better question for you, why would anyone come here as an OC when Rivera is telling them that Howell will be the QB in 2023?
Imagine the interview conversation:

Rivera: "Coach we're interested in hiring you but going into next season Sam Howell will be our QB, what are your thoughts on that?"
OC candidate: Pauses and scratches his chin then asks... "Who the hell is Sam Howell?"

you know if i am EB , and i cant run my offense , then i am moving on . that's part of why he would leave KC because reid calls the plays . this guy wants a HC , job and apparently the new road block for him is can he call plays

now if you want a run 1st team then roman is your guy and perhaps with a better passer and better wrs he will throw the ball more

the key is building off what BRob and AG can do in the run game and having a passer who can exploit defenses with one on one coverage against our wrs

I can't tell you the makeup of our offense. It doesn't seem that we have a consistent indenity. I'm cautiously hoping for Bieniemy because I want to run a scheme similar to the scheme that most successful teams run today.

I'm curious to see if Bieniemy can game plan and make in-game adjustments.

I agree with you on both points, there's no real identity and EB would be the best hire that they can make just as long as Rivera lets him do his thing without interference or dictating direction.

I didn't say that EB will not call plays, but he still reports to Rivera and Rivera will have final say on the offensive strategy. I am shocked you don't understand that concept. The HC is responsible at the end of the day for ALL football related matters.

I am not sure why EB would come here because it is a dead end job and a 1 year rental. The organization is in a holding pattern and the HC could be gone at any point.
