he essentially made Pittsburgh a perennial playoff contender every year in the 90's with the likes of neil o'donnell and kordell stewart at quarterback. he consistently featured one of the best rosters in the league, AND coaching staffs, despite getting the roster and staff being gutted year after year. and apparently he must've found the time to have fucked your wife while you watched at some point, only reason i can come up as to why a turd cowboy fan like yourself would dislike the guy.
