I wasn't even 10 years old when either of these games were played, I was just messing around point out that FSU was 2-0. USC clearly has the richer history when it comes to college football, actually just about any college sport except track & field.

The game at FSU wasnt even close though the score was kind of. The game in LA, USC should have won, but didnt. I always respected the fact FSU tried and does play a lot of good schools they dont have to. Back in the day most schools would not play at FSU and as they became really good in the 80s and 90s, FSU wanted Home and Homes. USC was one of the first to do that.

Plus the best player I have ever seen was Derrick Brooks. Used to watch FSU all the time back then. His junior Year was one of the best ever.
