I've said it for years; I don't think there's a better example of ineptitude in MLB than the Mets. From ownership, to management, to the players and probably even the grounds crew.

Typically, when I'm critical of the Mets on these kinds of boards, I'll inevitably hear something like, "that's great, coming from an Indians fan," which just goes to show that they have no clear understanding of where the Mets fit in baseball's hierarchy.
