Who has the toughest SOS for 2014

FSU has a decent schedule. Probably not the toughest, but we have Oklahoma State to start the year, Clemson, ND, Louisville, Miami and Florida (assuming Miami or Florida might return to decency next year).

Doesnt Fsu play West Virginia next year too? This is the hardest schedule to me.

On 2nd thought - I think it has to be the aggies:

Lamar
Rice
SMU
La Monroe

A&M should be ashamed for this. And as a fan I would be pissed for being cheated of having to pay to watch these games.

All these teams agree, if you switch leagues it is impossible to get high quality opponents for at least 5 years.

Nope. We were suppose to play them in 2012 and this past year, but they pussied out.

It looks hard, but I don't think it's near the toughest.

Looks like Aggy is mimicking Mrs. State: Schedule cup cakes in OOC, start 4 or 5-0, receive an overrated ranking, then get stomped when you have to play real competition.

Why is Michigan State tougher than Texas? Michigan State brings back 11 players, only Wisconsin is worse in the Big 10. I love how people look at the 2013 poll and definitively the ranks of teams.You have to expect a pull back. Miss State is a cupcake. Oh wait, they brig back the most starters it the SEC. Stanford is considered a top 10 team here. Do not be surprised when they are not ranked at the end of the yr. Lose their most productive Senior class and only return 11.

Texas has a tough schedule. Play BYU and UCLA in the first 3 games. Regular Big 12 slate. No idea how that plays out, but on paper looks tough at the moment.

I never thought I would see the day when Texas considered a schedule (minus RRR) with the best teams being BYU, UCLA and Baylor as tough. I would kill to have your schedule next year and you can play:

LSU
Texas A&M
Ole Miss
Mississippi State (just as good as BYU)

I mean one of our easier games is Kansas State in Manhattan.
