I don't think the Chiefs have a 2nd round pick this year.

Don't tell me you haven't heard that before now? lol...you guys did over pay, but watching the game vs PIT MW had the same effect on the game that he did for PIT...he cleared the way for #42 who killed us.
Falcons need Clowney so I really hope we can grab him.
Rams need quite a bit of help, so anybody would do lol
Just been frustrating. His stone hands have been a real problem. Dropped the game winning TD against the Panthers. We'd be in the last wildcard spot right now if it wasn't for that. Ugh. So much talent, being wasted. Hopefully he can get his head in the game and have a great year next year, but I doubt it.
DE, LB, DT, and offensive line. We have the skill players but we don't have talent in the trenches.
OL or DL 1st?
Kalil was the last LT drafted high that played LT from day one with success...before him it was Joe Thomas...These recent picks high picks have struggled @ LT and I get the same sense from this new crop of OTs...I think Matthews or Kouandjio can come in and start for the Falcons next yr, but not @ LT...not next yr, but Baker comes back next yr and then by '15 they can switch.
Or Clowney or Barr...both would step in and start next year as well.
I would go with the DEF players, because I think there are a couple of OTs in the 2nd round that can do the same thing as the OTs that will go in the top 10.
There is a lot of good offensive line value in the 2nd and 3rd rounds so I don't see that happening right off the bat. We should take the best defensive player in any of those positions that are available in the first round. I doubt we trade up for Clowney since you'd probably have to make one hell of a deal to get that done. Based on the amount of talent in this draft I wouldn't be surprised if we either got CJ Mosley or traded down.
OL...I agree. I like the kid from MIA...better feet than Holmes or Baker.
Picking 3rd as of now, but these last 3 games are really going to shape the final draft position...top 10 looks to be certain. I would take either one at my pick, but wouldn't reach for either Clowney or Barr...A guy I like fits both in a 3-4 or 4-3 scheme is Hageman from MIN....probably 10 to 18 right, but with a good combine his stock will be going up.
The QBs will drive these 1st few picks. WAS is putting Cousins on display...Cutler is probably going to be available and TN will be hot on his trail...If you're CLE with two 1st rd picks, and two 3rd rd picks, do you try to use those picks to secure Bridgewater or Carr, or simply call WAS and acquire Cousins with the later 1st rd pick.
JAX and HOU are the other teams I think QB has to be high on their board...TB stays with Glennon if Schiano is retained and they will take Clowney if they are ahead of ATL. MIN...who knows what they plan on doing with Freeman, but it cost them a lot of money to pick him up...I think they might look later in the draft to take a QB.
Point, there are going to be several top shelf options available and ATL has several spots to address, I don't expect TD to move back. With all the money they paid Ryan...I expect STL to take the 1st OT off the board and ATL to take the 2nd.
I totally forgot our potential position was so high (with Carolina, Washington, and San Francisco still on the schedule).
If we went with the 2nd overall OT at the moment that would be Cameron Erving out of Florida State. That would be pretty awesome considering he also has experience playing defensive tackle so he probably knows how to combat the little tricks the defensive players like to use. Cyrus Kouandjio would also be on the table who I like a lot too.
In the event we do pick third overall and Clowney is on the board we have to take him. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't go top two because he will likely not be ready for the combine after having surgery and that's the moment in time where draft position is the most volatile. Plus, I think we're going to hear a lot of banter about how he underperformed given the expectations this past year.
If the Rams get the #2 pick, I think they have to stay there and take the most elite talent whether its Bridgewater or Clowney.
You're ready to give up on bradford, seems like the FO has absolutely no intention of drafting another QB in round 1 right now to me. If I were the rams I'd probably stay put and take matthews, he looks like he'll be a great tackle.
