Who Covers A. Cooper?

I'd go with Talib on Cooper.

My first thought was Talib, but I don't know if he has the speed to stay with Cooper on the go routes.

I would like to see Chris Harris trusted with the #1 all game, just to see him shut Cooper down. Would be another feather in his cap.

But I think either would be at least adequate, if not great.

Not so sure Cooper is that much of a speed guy as he is a great route runner with great instincts. Think Talib would be better fit physically. IDK, maybe Cooper is faster than I am remembering.

Just looked up his 40 time. Never mind, dudes fast too. . Is ok though, Carr won't have time and and he stares down wrs. Talibs forte.

Crabtree has been a solid FA signing for the Raiders. Carr goes to him a lot, so no matter who is on Cooper, both Talib and Harris are going to earn their game checks in this one.

I don't know how much we have switched our CBs in order to match up against opposing receivers before it became apparent early in the game last week that Mike Wallace was a bad matchup against Harris. Cooper is certainly a fine young receiver, but I'm not sure that he poses the same type of difficulty that Wallace did.

Just thinking out loud - but Roby might be the best physical match up for Cooper.

I still think Talib - the Broncos don't think Carr will be standing long enough to truly throw the ball deep down field - the way the Broncos go after the QB there is no time for the hitch and go.

Good thought. They had Roby on him quite a bit today. Didn't matter who though they all did great job on him today.
