White not only has a noodle arm, but he also stares down receivers. He doesn't come off his first read at all. Hasn't done it once all preseason. Can't read defenses. Just not a viable QB. Think he can catch on to a team as a gadget player.

i think that is too harsh . i think we need to give the guy some more time at qb since he has been away 3 years .

however we cant do that . what he needs is a year or 2 of seasoning perhaps the raiders or someone can do that

GUys lets be honest... White could throw for 450 yards, 5 TD and rush for another 150 and 2 TDs and he probably still wouldnt beat Rex out for the roster spot. The stiffest defense he will face all night is a hand full of second stringers followed by future TV salesman.


At the end of the day the only way we keep White on roster is to carry four QBs which begs the question... where else do we go short??

Because there is too much uncertainty. Yeah, RG3 LOOKS healthy, but he hasn't played in a game yet. If there is any kind of setback at all, this team will go nowhere with Grossman or White.

Cousins isn't going to be traded this year.

There's also no need. What's the difference between trading him now for a draft pick and trading him next offseason for a draftpick? It's not like having that draft pick right this moment is going to do the team any good for this season. The draft isn't until next April.

Very true good point. I just hope Cousins plays a few snaps and does well enough to garnish a 1st rd pick next season.
