Yeah, that should have been called a strike. But regardless, Rodon should have kept his foot on the pedal instead of dancing around with those following pitches. Also, perhaps if we had either Goodwin or a healthy Hamilton out there in LF, it's possible either one could have run down that fly ball. Not gonna put it on Vaughn's shoulders, he's played way better out there than all of us expected. But it's still safe to say he's not a natural LFer and it didn't look like he had a great bead on the ball.

Agreed he isn’t a natural LF but overall I’ve been happy with him. He needs to start making more contact though

he's a lot better than eloy was.
not sure what a 'natural' left fielder is. all i know is, left usually the worst fielding starting outfielder. i'm happy with his fielding. but it would be nice if at some point this season he figures out his bat.
