I guess I don't see Cavanaugh getting fired midseason, and quite honestly I don't know if I see us doing better than 5 wins this season.

So my thinking is, if we go 5-7 and don't make a bowl game.......there better be no way in fuck that the opportunity to get away with just firing Cavanaugh even arises.

Eichorst isn't going to fire Riley. Not a chance. That guy's balls are made out of vagina.

So most realistically I believe Eichorst gets fired, and then Riley and staff. I actually think this happens this season.

The footwork and technique of this line is absolutely horrendous. Their body positioning sets them up for failure. As I've said before, these kids aren't bad players. The coaching they are getting is bad. Really bad. Hell, when I had poor linemen I could at least get them to hit someone and hold the block for a 3 count. It's not much, but you can run the ball with a three count block.

Of course, I'm assuming these guys can count to three....

Eichorst needs to be fired. If I RG and HB I would have already pull the string. Eichorst has pull enough dipshit moves that he isn't worthy of being the AD. I don't care how long it takes but RG and HB need to make the right hire at AD. I don't see Riley getting let go at the end of the season. DL and Cav both need to be fired.

I'm gonna say that the AD will be replaced within the next 6 months to year. Another poor showing from the basketball team would expedite this. A coaching decision will be made either during or after next season.
I also think it will be Trev Albert's who comes in as AD. Probably a fine selection, but I don't like the guy.
