The only game Iowa will be playing over Christmas break is whichever games are on the schedule for the mens and womens basketball teams.

I think Iowa will win 4-5 more games. I know Iowa is not playing very good, but neither is the B1G. Although I predicted Iowa to lose to Minnesota, it wouldn't surprise me if they win. They were a catch and an onside away from being 4-0. It's not like they have been blown away in their losses. Iowa may have overlooked CMU and looked at Minnesota a week too soon.

I would be surprised if Iowa loses to Indiana or Penn State. I also think Iowa will be improved enough that they will upset Michigan or Nebraska. Iowa might be a trap game for Michigan.

I don't see them beating Michigan State. Iowa is terrible off a bye week and MSU is just better. Purdue will probably get Iowa this year. They have looked pretty good.

What concerns me is that Iowa will need the Nebraska game to become bowl elibible. Used to be that way frequently with Colorado and NU always got their best game.

To be frank the only game on the schedule the rest of the way that I give Iowa no chance in is the Husker game solely because I dont think our D is capable of holding the Nebraska offense to under 27+ points. While I think Iowa is a 5-7 to 7-5 type team none of the other games are unwinnable because the league is soooo bad. Even the MSU game is winnable because the Spartans offense is anemic. That said Ill stick with my 6-6 prediction which I suppose probably gets a bowl bid but this team isnt very good at all.

I think the Hawkeyes wanted to watch the game themselves, so they let Iowa City High School play (not Iowa City West, They are 9-0 and bet they could have done better).

Seriously though, I have supported V'berg all season long, but last night I think it's time to try out Jake Rudock. I have been waiting for him since he verbally committed to Iowa, but JVB did amazing last year. Now the clock is broken and he is being a very big kink. Losing 2 OLs hurt, but JVB's 3rd down passing is awful.

He is flat out terrible...when he throws 90 mph screen pass or slant pass how does he expect his Gus to catch it? Not to mention it's usually 10-15 feet over the guys head
