I'd say Cleveland. Although Cleveland is in different spectrum of "worse" than Cincinnati. Cleveland has been more on the cusp of championships than Cincy has. Cincinnati has the Bengals, and the Reds haven't really been relevant in ages. So Cleveland seems to have most of the pressure on them.

No question...the Browns. CIN obviously has their own set of problems, but CLE is just spinning their wheels in mud....regularly drafting top 10 it seems but never seeing the results improve on the field. From ownership all the way down to the field, the Browns are struggling for any kind of positive consistency.

CIN...say what you will about ownership being cheap, etc...the worst thing we can say now is maybe they have peaked with the current coaching staff.

I think Lion and Falcon fans have a say in this one.

Seriously? Does anyone besides maybe the Bills have it worse than the Browns? Teams like the Jags, Browns and Bills would kill to have the Bengals recent history.

LOL is this a serious question? The answer is obviously the Bengals. At least the Browns fans get to have their Super Bowl every NFL draft and at least they know anything over 7 wins is a huge victory. The Bengals are stuck in mediocrity and have a ginger QB.

Lions...maybe. I can speak up for Falcon fans....long suffering yes, but they have been to a SB...ATL down now, but they would lined up more with CIN actually, lack of playoff success....CLE is at another level of ineptness, idt they have ever played in the game.

Good point about Atlanta and with Atl like Cleveland it is more a pro sports as a whole and lack of winning.

I truly think the Lions are up there with the Browns because they can't use the "expansion" excuse the Browns could have used back in '99.

I can buy that, but ATL does have a World Series title.

Unless you think always sucking and never having expectations is tougher to deal with than being good and repeatedly, maliciously having bad things happen to your team in the playoffs, the clear answer to this is the Vikings (and it's not close. No one gets crushed as often as Vikings fans). Or was this an Ohio team only deal?

4 total. Lost them all. Lost a bunch of conference championships in horrible fashion, too.

Other losses:

Hail Mary- You know those plays at the end of games where only a miracle is going to win the game? Named after a Vikings loss.

Darrin Nelson game - Dropped tying TD on 4th down with a few seconds left. Skins go to the Super Bowl.

Gary Anderson game - Madden/Summerall jinxed the clincher, then a Falcons TD and Falcons game winner in OT

12 Men - Peterson fumbles, 12 men in the huddle, Favre has to pick up yards he didn't need to get and does something Brett Favry. Instead of an indoor game winning FG attempt, they get picked and it goes to OT, where the Saints make their FG.

Laces out

Also, the absolute ass beating out of nowhere in 2001 when a Vikings team that most people thought was better than the Giants got absolutely destroyed but at least that one was over quickly.

Actually with blue jays going to the playoffs this year the Bills now own the longest playoff drought 1999 and no hope for an end till the ryan clown show is gone:suds:

Bills coach Rex Ryan said the defense will "do things much differently next year."

Ryan's attempt to merge his scheme with the existing scheme and personnel in Buffalo was a disaster. Ryan made it clear the plan for next season is to run his defense, but that will require an overhaul of the roster. DE Mario Williams is already halfway out the door, and there could be other departures as well.
