If you add Bruce then you have to add Tim Brown. Their numbers & careers are eerily similar. The biggest difference is that Bruce has a SB ring. Brown may have had that save for the tuck rule. I am not a Raiders nor a Brown fan, but if one gets in so should the other.

That Raider team wouldn't have beaten the Rams, only the cheating Pats could.

A guy that keeps getting overlooked every year but still can't believe he is not in is Terrell Davis. He was MVP, Super Bowl MVP, has the best playoff yards per game average of any back in NFL history, one of only a handful of backs to go over 2,000 yards in a season. I know his career was cut short by a knee injury but still on those things alone I am surprised he is not in. Especially since he was league MVP. I would guess not many of those guys are not in the HOF right now.

Others I would say are Junior Seau, Morton Anderson, Marvin Harrison, Orlando Pace, Will Shields, Darren Woodson, and Kurt Warner would be all guys I would put near the top of my list.

Agreed. Broncs don't win those SBs without Terrell.

I liked Terrell Davis a lot as a player... other than Super Bowl vs Packers :gaah:

I do not think he will get in however for 2 reasons...
1. Longevity - career cut short by injury, if he had another 3-4 healthy seasons a shoe in.
2. Gary topped 1,000 yards and then Anderson topped 1,000 yards the 2 seasons after Davis got hurt. Perception is that several backs probably could do the same behind that OL.
