When Trubisky’s career as a bear is over, who will catch most of his passes/TDS/Yards?

Is the player on the roster now? Is it someone we acquire this offseason? Are their any free agent candidates that would be a favorite?

I’m going Shaheen for catches and TDS, and Landry on yards. Meredith is a dark horse though.
