I would take a flyer on the guy in the later rounds but I just don't think he's that good. He's not even the best DL/LB prospect on his own college team coming out this year. That said, if the Niners can get him in the 6th/7th round, I wouldn't be mad, I just don't see him as anything close to an impact player.

Pretty much. Even if he isn't drafted I could see him getting a place on a practice squad.

I"m betting some team is going to use a draft pick on the SEC defensive player of the year at some point. His highlight reel is as good as many others coming out of college at the position. I admit I never watched him play before, why would I? I barely have time to catch the Badger games let alone some team in a conference I don't really pay attention to. But the competition in that conference is good, he played well against them, was chosen their best D player last year. I have a hard time believe someone won't pick him.

He'll probably be a 5th round pick, and I think he'll play well. There was a reason he was SEC player of the year. Gotta respect the conference, he might never be great but we can play in the rotation and be a strong role player for awhile.
