how the heck do you guys get that speed o.O
That sucks.. when I had DSL I got like 6/1. I finally dumped DirecTV and my landline and just got Comcast

With one of those Verizon wireless adapters? My sister and one of my clients both had one, it sucked for speed. Too many other wireless devices can really interfere with the speed too.

So is it wireless to the modem or cable? If it's wireless it still isn't as fast as cable/phone line. And atmospheric conditions can make the signal fluctuate. Have you checked the speed by connecting directly to the modem?
