I have CentryLink. They suck. I have modern day dial up at 1.5 mbps. A fucking joke. I heard that Windows 10 download is 3.5GB's. That will take me 7 hours to download.

Sounds like it would be easier to go to a buddies house and download the ISO for it and burn it to a disk and bring it home.

38.88 is pretty good.

Here at work- Uverse fastest speed...21 in the morning...19.3 or so after 2p...and change down and I never upload much so never paid attention

Home comcast blast...46 to 47 down...is about average.
