My Jamaican girlfriend made me Brown Stew Chicken yesterday, and there was enough leftover for today too. She also made peas and rice which is the same as rice and beans, but apparantly Jamaicans call beans, peas. She also sometimes make Irish potatoes which I always tell her is the exact same thing as regular potatoes and she can just drop the word " Irish", then she just gets irritated with me, which is why I do it!

I just put salt and pepper on it, seared one side for a few minutes, added some butter with lemon pepper and garlic and finished in the oven.
