Y'all are way more organized than I am. I'm not even sure what I'll be making for dinner next week, more or less plan out menus for road game days this year. I'm smoking a tri tip tonight, 4 racks of st louis ribs that are already packed in dry rub for tomorrow, and a pork shoulder mid week this week. Football season? Whatever I have a craving for at that time?

I have been cooking my steaks and chicken with an Anova sous vide cooker. The results are incredible.

I hear ya, but I was referring to the name. That was the name of one of the villains in the game "Carmen Sandiego" back when I was younger, late 80's-early 90's.

I had heard the name before, but didn't realize it was a game. By the time '90 rolled around, I was on the 45+ side of life and wasn't keeping up with kind of thing anymore.

I'll be smoking ribs, wings, homemade sausage (no jokes), pork shoulder, turkey legs, brisket.

Will also grill steaks, chicken breasts, have nacho dip, grilled corn, grilled shark, scallops, and other odds and ends.
